How to Create Database in Your Mobile with MobileFamilyTreePro

This past weekend i was doing my usual weekend search in the apple store for latest apps for my iPhone. There I find a new app of Synium Software called mobile family tree Pro. What a great application it is.

This really is a complete rewritten ios application and very much changed from the past version for this app. This application has eliminated the need of desktop application to make and manage your genealogy database with your mates.

Yesterday I start making my family database from the start. Rather than importing the existing database to my new mobile family tree Pro, I preferred to create all new facts, individuals into a new database to check how good this application works and how simple it is to use. This makes me really glad to see how easy and simple this app is to use. In case you have ever used the Pc version for this app, it would be very cool for you to use this app easily.

One more thing that really fascinates me about this application is its ability to synchronize wirelessly among the iPhone, iPad and Pc. For me this truly is a blessing, as I no more need to connect my USB cable to my devices to open up iTunes and mess with irritating procedure to get my database from my desktop to my iPhone or iPad.

Now I can simply open up my synchronized screen and can see all my apps and databases. I found this app as the most informative and handy database application. As time goes on, I am enjoying more using this application and I think this is what we call pleasure of having iPhone.

5 Things to Do before Selling Your Old iPad

If you’ve ordered a new iPad, you might be thinking what to do with your old one. One choice, obviously, is to keep it, perhaps passing it along to a relative or friend. One more choice, though, is to sell that older device. However, you need to take care about certain points before you are going to give it to some friend or going to sale your old iPad.

  1. Don’t even think about giving away your old iPad without first making a backup copy of its data and settings. You can back it up, using either iTunes or iCloud backup.
  2. One thing to remember is that there are certain programs that an iPad backup file on iTunes or iCloud doesn’t include and needs to be re-downloaded includes music, movies, TV shows, and music videos. You need to manually transfer them to somewhere else.
  3. As soon as you’ve backed up you’re your old iPad, you now need to wipe its memory completely. So that new owner couldn’t be able to poke through all your email, photos, contacts, and other personal information.
  4. Next is to clean the screen with a soft, dry cloth but don’t use a damp cloth, or don’t you ever spray your iPad’s screen with glass cleaner.
  5. Find the original box, sync cable, and charger. It’ll help sweeten the deal once you find a willing customer.
